1. Fill out a Chaotic Brush Entry form. You must fill form out one per entry.
Notes:
- The form must be completely filled out.
- You can submit 1 model/team (as applicable) per category. (e.g., You can submit an ork thrower for best painted individual model, and then a human thrower for best theme.)
- You cannot submit the same model/team for different categories. (e.g., I cannot submit an ork thrower for both best painted individual model and best theme.)
Important: If a model is part of a team you want to submit for the best painted team/theme, then you cannot also submit that model for a different category. You must choose for each model which category you are entering them for.
2. Leave your model on top of the entry form it is being entered with on one of the judge’s tables.
Important:
- Leave your best painted entries after round 4 on the tables. We will judge the models that evening after the rounds are completed for the day. We will lock up the miniatures before the night is over.
- If you want your models before we lock up for the night, you’ll have to hang around until we’re finished judging the contest. It usually takes us a few hours to assess everything. But if you’re willing to stick it out through the night because you want your models back before you go to bed, you are welcome to hang out until we are finished.
3. Pick up your models the next morning right from the table before the rounds start.
Notes:
- Models awarded with making it through first cut and second cut will have a plastic card next to them on the table that you can take home. Congratulations!
- Models that potentially made it to the final round, or that won a category, will be announced during awards. We will not place these awards next to the models.
